Manufacturer of U Tube/ Fixed/Floating head Heat Exchanger
Vi Energ Resources Pvt Ltd is involved in manufacturing of Heat Exchanger and responsible for Design, engineering, preparation of fabrication drawings, procurement of materials and bought out components, supply of material, fabrication & assembly at shop, manufacturing, surface preparation & painting, inspection & testing at manufacturer’s works, obtaining ASME U Stamp approval from Authorised Inspector, packing, loading, transportation from shop to site & performance guarantee of shell & tube heat exchangers including supply of all spares, documentation as per the client technical specification.
ENGINEERING / DESIGN The scope includes all the engineering
works including but not limited to the following:
Design, fabrication & supply of shell & tube heat
exchangers including tubesheet, tube bundle, body flanges, nozzles, lifting
lugs to facilitate erection of shell & tube heat exchangers external
/internal supports.
WRC calculations for welded attachments like nozzles,
lifting lugs, leg supports, saddle supports etc. Detailed fabrication drawings
including tube bundle, body flanges, nozzles, insulation cleats, lifting lugs,
earthing cleats, expansion below (if needed), name plate & name plate
bracket, support legs, saddle supports etc.
Preparation of fabrication drawings, Material procurement,
Fabrication of shell & tube heat exchangers tubesheet & tube bundle,
body flanges & shop testing, Bolting, gaskets & blind flange for spare
nozzles, Cleats for supporting the piping work, insulation etc
Supply of test rings required for hydrotest ,Earth cleats
(minimum 2 nos.) , Surfaces preparations and painting of equipment as per MDS,
Work inspection, testing and certification, Obtaining ASME U approval from authorised
Inspector.
Quality assurance, quality control, quality plan, inspection
The shape of dished end and overall height will be as per
mechanical data sheet. Minimum thickness of shell and dished end will be
achieved taking into account of thinning, forming etc. Wherever hot forming and
subsequent heat treatment is involved, Our adopted procedure will not impair
the mechanical properties of the material beyond the limits specified in
respective material specification/ codes & standards.
For U-tube heat exchangers, our Quality will ensure
thickness of tube must be uniform at bending area also.
For floating type heat exchangers, where removable type tube
bundle, Our Quality will ensure the free movement of tube bundle during removal
& fixing of the same.
Vi Energ will perform Mock-up test for tube to tubesheet joint.
